  • We have a Go-Green initiative, and so we don’t provide paper bills. GST bill is sent via email post check out
  • Please check with us for weekend and peak season rates
  • Room and activity rates will differ during long holidays and peak season
  • Rooms are let out on a dual occupancy basis – minimum charge would be for 2 guests per room
  • Sumptuous Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (veg and non-veg) provided to suit your taste
  • The food we serve is Indian cuisine, would consist of 4 veg dishes and 2 non-veg dishes along with rice, rotis, sweets / fruits
  • Per room, 1 Child under 5 years old accommodated free of charge
  • Additional beds can be arranged at extra cost
  • Back-up electricity in Villa and Cottage provided via Inverter (4 hours max)
  • If booking is done via travel portals, please check and get booking confirmation directly from us to get your booking confirmed
  • 50% refund if cancellation / date change is done more than 30 days prior to stay. 25% refunded if it is 15 days prior to stay
  • No refund if can cancellation is done with less than 15 days prior to the stay
  • Advance payment required to get your booking confirmed, balance amount to be settled in cash at check-in
  • Refund of advance payments are not entertained, booking amount can be moved to a later date as an exception
  • JLR Safari, Tholpetty Safari and Brahmagiri trek charges to be paid directly to forest department, not included in package
  • Pick-up & Drop facility available
  • We don’t have a driver’s quarters, drivers are not allowed to stay in the parking area, it is unsafe to do so since we are in the jungle
  • Thirunelli Temple lodge is just 5 minutes drive away, drivers can stay there for Rs 150/- a night
